Founder
Cristina is a global valuation expert, business strategist, and entrepreneur with a JD/MBA from Penn State University. Her dual-degree empowers her to navigate legal complexities and drive business growth across diverse industries. With over 20 years of experience, Cristina has advised 1,000+ businesses—from startups to multi-million dollar firms—on valuation, strategic pivots, and growth in sectors like cannabis, life sciences, retail, and professional services.
She promotes economic development through work with private firms, nonprofits, and government agencies, including procurement efforts for the LA 2028 Olympics. Cristina founded Sparkvation Consulting, My Jeepney Stop, and EmPHorium. She also serves on advisory boards for LAUSD’s Small Business Council and the U.S. State Department’s YLAI program, and mentors incubators and nonprofits globally. She holds a B.A. from UCLA, a JD/MBA from Penn State, and is a trained mediator.
